Individual therapy is a one-on-one collaborative process of engagement which can be supportive and/or exploratory in nature. Through the co-construction of a therapeutic relationship, individual therapy allows for a safe space to explore one's feelings, beliefs, spirituality or behaviours, and/or to explore aspects of the self that an individual wishes to better understand and change. On a person level, I help with depression and anxiety symptoms.
I work with individuals aged 12 years and older.

Couples therapy involves joint sessions with myself and the couple together being "the client" (whether heterosexual, homosexual or transgender couples, dating, engaged, married or life-partners). The aim is to improve communication and to effectively address and resolve the problematic patterns and issues, and to strengthen the intimate relationship. Couples therapy may be short-or long-term depending on the complexities of the issues.

Family therapy is based on the systemic framework, whereby sessions include myself and various family members (depending on the presenting problem). Family therapy aims to focus on the family as a complex system, which includes unique individual parts (family members) each playing a significant and impacting role on one another's emotional health. There are various reasons for family therapy (divorce, separation, illness, death, transitional stages of family development or change etc.) To obtain further information, please feel free to contact me. Family therapy  also treats anxiety and depression

Online Therapy is a platform that will allow for mental health services through online psychotherapy, whether it be Individual, Couple, Family and even Group Therapy.  The online platform is secure and offers an opportunity to engage in a therapeutic process from the safety of your own home.

Please note: This service is not limited to existing clients as intake interviews can also be conducted online.
